This was an amazing portrayal of not only looking inside self, but also the releasing of that true self to the universe. Think about the difference in our world if we each were able to live out the truth we have within. Thank you Roshi Joan for sharing this reminder of where the answers lie and where peace can be found. I am going to make this the focus of my spiritual practice for the next week and see what positive changes will happen. Experiece the joy and share this link with those you know.
